WOM Network operates a media, content, creator, and distribution network. Our services may include strategy, content production, campaign planning, creator coordination, distribution, reporting, consulting, hiring, and related business services.

Information on the website is provided for general business and marketing purposes. It is not a guaranteed offer, service level, audience result, campaign outcome, legal advice, financial advice, or professional advice for your specific situation.

You may use our website only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use the website or contact us on behalf of a company, agency, creator, brand, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Our website is not directed to children under 16. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our website only with involvement and permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.

You may submit briefs, messages, brand assets, creator profiles, portfolios, CVs, links, concepts, data, comments, and other materials to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to provide those materials.

You allow WOM Network to use, copy, store, review, and share submitted materials only as reasonably needed to respond to you, evaluate opportunities, prepare proposals, run recruitment, provide services, and perform related business operations.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party-restricted information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it under suitable protections, such as a non-disclosure agreement or data processing agreement.

Campaigns, production work, creator collaborations, paid media, distribution, and commercial services are subject to written agreements that set out scope, timelines, fees, approvals, usage rights, reporting, cancellation rules, and other project terms.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you remain responsible for the accuracy of briefs, product claims, required disclosures, permissions, licenses, approvals, regulatory requirements, and final use of content or campaign materials supplied by or approved by you.

Creator, audience, platform, and campaign performance information can change. Any estimates, projections, case studies, or examples are illustrative unless we expressly commit to a specific deliverable in a signed agreement.

You agree to use our website and communications channels responsibly, lawfully, and in a way that respects the rules of the platforms and services involved in a campaign.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or our systems.
• Do not submit malware, deceptive content, unlawful content, infringing content, spam, or materials that violate another person's rights.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your authority, or provide false campaign, applicant, creator, or business information.
• Do not use our website or services in a way that violates export controls, sanctions, advertising rules, consumer protection laws, platform policies, or applicable industry rules.

The website, logo, brand assets, design, text, graphics, videos, code, layouts, and other materials owned or licensed by WOM Network are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

You may view and share public website pages for ordinary business evaluation, press, hiring, or partnership purposes, provided you do not remove notices, misrepresent ownership, or use our materials in a misleading way.

The website and its content are provided for general information and business communication. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOM Network does not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, or perfectly current.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer, privacy, employment, or platform rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOM Network and its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.
