  • Campaign, creator, and partner information, such as briefs, audience requirements, content preferences, portfolio links, public channel metrics, deliverables, approvals, and communications.
  • Applicant information, such as CVs, work history, education, links to work samples, interview notes, references, and any information you choose to provide during recruitment.

As a general guide, enquiry records are usually kept for up to 24 months, recruitment records for up to 24 months unless you consent to a longer talent-pool period, and contract, tax, accounting, and dispute-related records for the period required by applicable law. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and reporting.
